Baseball Pitcher Interval-Training Programs

I thank you for your interest in his Baseball Pitcher Training Programs.   However, I have some concerns.

No pitcher with open growth plates should perform my wrist weight or iron ball exercises.   If youth pitchers perform the wrist weight or iron ball exercises, then they will certainly cause trauma to their pitching arm.   Even minor trauma can cause premature closure of the growth plates that permanently shortens their pitching arm.   Major trauma can separate, avulse or fracture their medial epicondyle, deform the head or the radius or worse.   I strongly recommend that until the growth plate of their medial epicondyle completely matures, no pitcher should practice pitching for more than two months per year, no pitcher should pitch competitively in games against opposing hitters until they are thirteen years old and no pitcher should pitch more than one inning per game twice a week.

I understand parents and youngster wanting to learn how to properly apply force to their pitches.   I only disagree with too much stress.   Therefore, I have written first, second, third and fourth 60-Day Motor Skill Acquisition Cycle Programs for eight, nine, ten and eleven year old youth pitchers.   My first cycle, youth pitchers learn how to properly release my Maxline Fastball, Maxline True Screwball, Maxline Pronation Curve and Torque Fastball.   In my second, third and fourth cycles, pitchers learn to incorporate the proper glove and pitching arm actions with increasingly more complex body actions.

At biological sixteen years old, the growth plate of the medial epicondyle of the Humerus bone completely matures.   Therefore, I have written an 120-Day High School Pitchers Interval-Training Program that minimally strengthens their pitching arm.

At biological nineteen years old, the growth plate for the head of the Humerus bone completely matures.   Therefore, I have written a 315-Adult Baseball Pitchers Interval-Training Program that maximally strengthens their pitching arm.   If adult pitchers chronically train at my maintenance levels, they will have 'injury-proofed' their pitching arm.   As I did, they will be able to pitch every day without any stiffness or soreness.
